Free audit of a fleet insurance statement
Flottaris recalculates the latest statement of your fleet insurance line by line, once, free of charge and with no commitment. You receive the list of discrepancies, each with the rule that produces it and the amount at stake, or confirmation that there are none.
Who the audit is for
- Swiss companies that insure their vehicles under a fleet contract and receive a statement from their insurer.
- Fleet managers and finance teams who want to know whether the invoiced premium follows vehicles joining and leaving the fleet.
- Brokers who want to check a client's statement before discussing it with the insurer.
What to send us
- The final statement received from the insurer, with the vehicle list.
- The record of vehicles joining and leaving the fleet during the period.
- The policy and the special conditions of the fleet contract, which set the prorata convention.
What we check
Each statement line is matched against your vehicle list and the convention set in the contract. In particular, we flag:
- a prorata convention different from the contract's;
- a premium invoiced after a vehicle left the fleet;
- cover invoiced while the licence plates were deposited;
- a full year invoiced for a vehicle that joined the fleet during the year;
- a premium grade that was not updated;
- a minimum premium applied by the insurer.
Discrepancies are flagged in both directions: under-invoicing shows up too. The guide to eleven discrepancies details the points to check.
Timing and result
You receive our answer within five working days of receiving your documents.
The audit is offered once, with no commitment and no obligation to continue.
If we find no discrepancy, we tell you that too.
Flottaris does not dispute anything on your behalf and does not give insurance advice.
