Data protection
This page describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted. It is written to be read, not to legally cover its author.
What the form collects
When you request a document or an audit, we record:
- your name and email address, always
- your company, your role, the size of your fleet, your canton, and your current insurer, when you indicate them
- your message, if there is one
- the language of the page and the date of your consent
- a fingerprint of your IP address and your browser name
Your IP address is never kept in plain text. It is transformed by a one-way hashing function with a secret value, and only this fingerprint is stored. It is used solely to limit the number of requests per hour and cannot be used to trace you.
What we do not collect
No audience measurement tools. No advertising scripts. No integrated social networks. No cookies other than the one that remembers your language choice, named fl_locale.
The convention checker runs entirely in your browser. The amounts and dates you enter there are not transmitted anywhere, and we never see them.
Where your data is hosted
Your account data, fleet data and documents are hosted in Switzerland, Zurich region, with Supabase. The application itself is delivered by Lovable, transactional messages by Brevo in the European Union, and domain names and email by Infomaniak in Switzerland. The documents you upload are kept in a private area, reachable only through a signed link valid for twenty-four hours, issued at the time of your request.
Our emails are sent by Brevo, whose servers are in the European Union. Your email address and name are therefore transmitted to them for this delivery. No other data is communicated to them.
How long
Two years from the date of your request. After this period, the record is deleted.
If you become a client, your data is then covered by the service contract and not by this page.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, or its deletion by writing to contact@flottaris.com. We respond within thirty days, and deletion is immediate upon receipt, with no justification required.
The documents you send us
If you entrust us with a statement or a vehicle list for an audit, these documents are used solely for this analysis. They are neither shared, nor used to train anything, nor kept beyond the delivery of our conclusions, unless you ask us to keep them. You can demand their immediate destruction at any time.
